FAQ
How do I apply the license key?
Add it to config.yaml under license.key, or set the LICENSE_KEY environment variable before starting the gateway. Run ./superfastclaw license status to verify.
Can I use Pro channels immediately after payment?
Once we verify your transaction and email the key (within 1 hour), restart SuperFastClaw with the key in your config. All Pro channels activate automatically — no additional setup needed.
Does the key work fully offline?
Yes. License verification uses Ed25519 cryptography locally — no internet call is made at runtime. Pair with Ollama for a fully air-gapped deployment that's HIPAA / SOC2 friendly.
Can I use one license on multiple machines?
A Pro license covers one running gateway instance. For multi-server deployments, contact us for an Enterprise plan.
What's your refund policy?
Email support@superfastclaw.com within 7 days of purchase. If SuperFastClaw doesn't work for your use case we'll issue a full refund.
